Known to make nests in the rocks near crab nests on shorelines, often in groups of 2-3. They use camouflage to hide from their enemies. When they strike they hug low to the rocks skittering over them with ease. To communicate they use a clicking noise (the sound of pebbles falling on rocks) to communicate and plan their ambush. CrabSpiders don't spin webs but are highly territorial, although they feed off young Giant Crab they protect the unwary nest from intruders. When the Giant Crabs are disturbed they rampage and destroy each other and their nests. CrabSpiders swoop in at the opportune moment and steal away the crab eggs, hiding them away until the beasts calm down.
