    The Golden Mauler is a muscular canine built like a tank. Brown in color with a dark brown stripe down the back. It's back stands chest high to a man. It has been selectively poisoned by the gold sickness, so its has gold unseeing eyes, teeth and claws. It's blindness is made up for with its exceptional olfactory and auditory senses. Fiercely defends it's territory by tracking down its enemies and using its lock jaw death shake, ground pound and claw swipe to kill. Instinct: Defend it's territory.

    The red dwarves of the eastern volcanoes train their magically gifted young, blessed by the gods of fire, to use molten earth as an arcane tool. They are also capable of forming wolf-like mounts similar to hell hounds that they ride into battle. It's said that a single Magmage turned an orcish invasion by boiling the river they sailed in on.     An insectoid creature, resembling a cockroach with a long needle instead of a mouth. It seems to be made of some crystal-like material, making its insides visible. Instinct: Bring new bodies into its lair to be eaten by its young.

    • Stab its needle into a rotting corpse or living being, injecting it with a fluid that allows it to control the body.
    • Climb into a high and dark area, to drop down on an unsuspecting victim.

    For hundreds of years, the concept of Golems have been just a thing of myth and legend. There have been no credible accounts of one actually existing. And yet, Arthur Fitzgerald managed to create one. Using ancient dwarven tomes and his vast amount of wealth, he built and brought to life this large, powerful golem, just to prove that he could. But it refused to obey him, and attacked. Arthur survived the encounter, but the Golem escaped capture. It roams the countryside now, wreaking havoc wherever it goes. It's biding its time, waiting and learning, to finish him off. Instinct: To seek revenge on its creator
