    It was a black, heavy stapler. He could tell just by looking at it that it was one of those solid bricks that they don't seem to make anymore, but that keep showing up in offices. As for how it was actually moving, that was more obvious. Ten to twenty "legs", made of what looked like ballpoint pens. The entire time it matched his gaze with its single, catlike, yellow eye.
