Monsters by Oase Menta

  • Goblin Ratrider Horde, Small, Organized, Intelligent
Spear and slings (b[2d6] damage 1 piercing) 3 HP 2 armor
    Close, Near

Goblins are gutsy creatures, i'll give them that. A few full grown cave rats could easily carry a goblin off to their death. But some goblins relish the danger that comes with taming these beasts. They desire to feel the wind on their skin ans their filthy mounts leap and scuttle. They desire to be looked up to by their fellow kin, as they lead them on scrawny raids. But most of all, they desire to die gloriously on the dusty steppe. Instinct: to lead

    • Order a raid
    • Call on and lead other goblins
    • Attack swiftly with it's mount
    • Die gloriously on the dusty steppe

  • Mimic Solitary, Stealthy, Hoarder
Huge teeth and claws (d10 damage 1 piercing) 12 HP 1 armor
    Close

Ever seen a mimic that wasn't, you know, mimicking? Terrifying things. Nothing but limbs and a mouth. No hair, or eyes, hell it probably doesn't even have a brain. Just two long legs. And two long arms. And a huge mouth with terrifying teeth. That being said, you probably wont ever see a mimic like this. Not unless you piss one off. No these things are expert shape-shifters. They can disguise themselves as anything. A chest waiting to be opened. A door to be handled. Even a ladder to be climbed. I've even heard stories of them pretending to be bloody corpses. See they wait till you get close, very close, and before you can even blink it's got you in it's jaws. Say... was that door there before? Instinct: to deceive and devour

    • Take the shape of an object
    • Devour anyone that comes close
    • Reveal it's terrifying true form

  • Grot Horde, Tiny, Organized, Terrifying
Nails and Teeth (d4-2 damage) 3 HP 0 armor
    Hand
Special Qualities: Hideous looking, under developed

How are goblins even born? However they are, Grots aren't the runts of the litter. No, they are what's left over. These horrid little things shriek and cry out constantly. No bigger than a cat, you could probably just step on them. Just be careful. They are known to swarm. A few teeth and nails is easy to handle. A few hundred? Different story. Best end their misery quickly. Instinct: to feed

    • Swarm onto a foe
    • Shriek, aggravating the swarm
    • Bite and scratch pathetically
