These man-sized demons lead their hellhounds with unerring precision and unfaltering determination to find these poor souls and make them pay up in full, plus interest. Instinct: To hunt
- Ensnare someone with a fiery net
- Release the hounds
- Relentlessly stalk prey

Formian Empress Solitary, Large, Magical, Stealthy, Divine, Intelligent, Planar, Terrifying Rending Claws (d12+4 damage 1 piercing) 26 HP 4 armor Forceful, Reach Special Qualities: Uncannily Human At last, you stand before the Empress of the Swarm. Easily ten feet tall, she resembles her slain Queens closely, besides her enormous size and the set of massive insectoid wings protruding from her back. The claws at the end of each of her four arms look easily as sharp as the sword of the fighter standing among you. She gracefully descends from her throne, made of the same honeycomb structure as the rest of the hive. Her eyes light with an alien intellect unlike any you have ever heard of or seen before. Between the plates of her iron-like carapace, a pale light shines forth, familiar only to the Reaper. Instinct: To Rule
- Take to the air
- Show visions of terror
- Refuse Death

Formian Shambler Group, Terrifying, Amorphous Ichor Bomb (d8 damage) 13 HP 3 armor Close, Ignores Armor, Near Special Qualities: Incomprehensible Mass Within the Swarm, there is no questioning one's place in life. Otherwise, such a thing could never exist. It is not entirely clear what it is, a shambling mass of body parts, not entirely matching, held together by globs and globs of ichor, the honey of the hive. The caustic liquid makes a fine weapon, though the shamblers are never sent into battle. Rather, they live out their lives grovelling before the Queen, feeding the larvae on their gelatinous secretions. Instinct: To infest
- Spread Ichor
-
Formian Skitterer Horde, Tiny, Organized Tiny pincers (d6-2 damage) 3 HP 0 armor Hand Thousands of tiny legs. Thousands. All over, everywhere, descending from the webs of their Behemoth mothers. When left alone, these tiny spider-like Formian beasts will usually kill almost all of their brood in squabbles over food - only the strongest survive to grow into the hulking Behemoths. That said, it is almost as dangerous to encounter a nest of these as their mother. Instinct: To swarm
- Overwhelm with numbers
- Summon more skitterers!
-
Formian Hive-Priest Solitary, Divine, Organized, Intelligent Ceremonial Mace (d8+2 damage) 12 HP 1 armor Close What could be worse than a horde of Formian centurion swarming down on you? When you can't tell how many of them are real. The Hive-priests of the Swarm are rarely seen outside of the hives of the formians, but woe unto them that do encounter one. There's nothing particularly imposing about how they look, as long as you don't find regular Formians imposing. The main feature distinguishing them from the Centurions or workers of the Swarm is their underdeveloped wings, and the fact that they will tear into one's mind, creating hallucinations and pain. Instinct: To control
- Invade the mind of a victim

Azzul the Black Solitary, Divine, Magical, Intelligent Dual Kamas (d10+2 damage 1 piercing) 22 HP 2 armor Close Wrapped in a swirling black cloak and clad in finely forged scale, Azzul is the leader of the Cult of Many Eyes. His ambitions of Godhood have lead him not only to reanimate the Formian Empress, but also to collect powerful artifacts. The most notable of these, besides the Elementium from the museum, is the two kamas he carries in his hands. One shines with an unearthly pale blue glow, and is made of shining steel. The other appears made from obsidian, it's blade constantly dripping with a slow trickle of blood. Instinct: To Ascend
- Switch Weapons; Call an Abomination
- Absorb a Soul to restore health
