Special Qualities: When in Rake's presence (in combat) the force of Dragnipur pushes against you. Roll Defy Danger +con to avoid being Stunned.

Described by alchemist Barak as having jet-black skin and a mane which flowed silver. Rake's features were sharp as if cut from onyx and his eyes, described as multihued, had a slight upward tilt and large vertical pupills. Baruk perceived them as changing colour from a deep hue of amber to grey and banded - a rainbow of colours. Rake was nearly seven feet tall and on that occasion was cloaked and wore boots. He also carried an enormous two-handed sword on his back. Instinct: Brooding and thoughtful. Attacks if extremely necessary.

  • Annomander Rake's reputation precedes him. He not only lives up to that reputation but exceeds it. He cannot be influenced by others (parley rolls always fail).
  • Dark Presence: Annomander Rake summons tendrils of darkness. All attacks against him take -2 forward.
  • Soletaken Elient: Take the from of a massive Black Dragon (see Annomander Rake Dragon monster card) and can change between forms at will.
  • Dragnipur: If killed by Dragnipur roll Last Breath. On 10+ the player is chained to the Wagon of Dragnipur, but the chain has a cracked link. On a 7-9 the player is chained to the wagon but walk beside a ancient mage. On a 6- you are doomed to pull the wagon of Dragnipur for eternity.
