Henry Coberley the toymaker is not an evil person. He looks like a nice old man, with wrinkly face and twinkling eyes behind half-moon glasses, a nice grey beard and neat grey hair - he looks like a grandfather. He always keeps a red cap on. This is because he is actually an elf, and he wants to hide this. He turns bad children into toys - except for elves, whom he considers good.
