Unlike wraiths, they are not merely fragments of souls, but the actual souls themselves fused into a hateful, pained maelstrom. Surrounding their target, the whirling souls manifest an entity to attack, which assumes the form most of the souls would associate with death. The soul storm is notoriously hard to put down permanently. Instinct: To kill

    Cinder wraiths are spawned from horrific cases of being burnt to death. While the soul has moved on, the pain and agony has left fragments behind, which animates their charred remains and gives them hideous unlife. Constantly in agony, they seek to spread their misery across the world. Instinct: To burn everything

    When the elves fled the ancient calamity, some sought refuge in the darkest parts of their fey nature, becoming the night hags. Even the nicest of these hags have a very mercenary mindset and tend to come off as unsympathetic and without empathy. None the less, these very traits also make them easy to deal with, if you can pay the price. Their magical protections is generated by an item on their person, which can be removed. Instinct: To earn a profit

    • Inflicts sickness with its diseased bite

    Special Qualities: All Around Vision

    The cadaver harvester is a peculiar creature. It doesn't grow or eat naturally, instead infecting corpses and haphazardly merging them together, replacing decaying mass with new bodies. Once is has a suitably big mass, it will even start creating corpses to add to its make. It can also unleash an ear splitting shriek. This deals either a d6 or w2d6 of damage, ignoring armour, depending on a defy danger roll. Instinct: To collect corpses

    Special Qualities: Never gets lost

    Minotaurs are hulking humanoids with bovine traits. They have an innate love for and understanding of complexity, leading to them creating many overcomplicated devices for the sheer thrill of it. Minotaur homes are rarely, if ever, laid out in a logical, easy to figure out way, as the bull-headed people themselves photographically remembers layouts with ease. Instinct: To enjoy the thrill of seeing its plans come to fruition

    Nightmares are equine beings of other worlds. Magical and herbivourus, they none the less display a preference for fight over flight when threatened. Their properties makes them favoured mounts for those who have the steely resolve necesarry to break them. Instinct: To eat

    A good agent will see a mission through to the end. A perfect agent will do even more. Some people are so dedicated to their nation, agency or the like that failure is not an option. Death just put them out of commision temporarily and when disturbed, they rise to finish the job. Instinct: To fulfill its mission

    Efreeti are genies of fire. The most common traits shared by their kind are a need to dominate and habitual sadism. This doesn't mean that they are all evil, just that they have very forceful personalities. Efreeti excel at wishcraft, though loathe how this means everyone and their grandmother tries to con and enslave them. Instinct: To dominate
