Simply put, Bob is the weakest being in the universe. Its own shadow is ballsier than it. Because it is so weak, Bob cannot hurt anything. It wouldn't hurt a fly... because a fly would hurt it. When it is encountered by a foe, or vice-versa, Bob will either run away, have a huge hissy fit, or attempt to attack the foe with a harmless poke or babyish slap. Instinct: To run away from everything that can see it.
