    Thornless are fey incarnation of pointless conflict and a drawn to sites of such events. They are curmudgonly, grumpy and perpetually dour, taking no joy in the bloodshed and pain they inflict, seeing it as a bitter task they just have to do. They look like humanoid plants of a sort associated with needles and thorns, such as roses, cacti or thorn bushes, but they themselves have no points. Instinct: To initiate pointless conflicts

    Upasunda are one of teh asuras, beings brought into existence by divine mistakes. Upasunda where once devotees of a master of martial arts, who transcended into divinity through sheer self-control. Seeing this, his disciples begged to be brought along with him to the divine and he did indeed try to do so. That turned out to be a mistake. Having not gained enlightenemnt themselves, they immediately fell out of Heaven and crashed back to the material plane, their brief exposure to the planes beyond having forever changed them into something different.
